In the time we live in today many people fail to focus because they are constantly distracted and stimulated from their mobile phones and social media. This lack of focus has led to many people becoming unaware of the negative impact that their lack of focus has had on their lives.

Focus is the ability to concentrate one's attention and energy on a specific task or idea without being distracted by other thoughts or stimuli.

Take your phone and set a timer for at least one minute and see how long you are able to hold a thought without being distracted by another. If you find that you have been distracted you need to start again. What you will find is that most people are unable to keep their focus on a single thought.
